We swaddle Lily at night and she loves it. She also likes to have her arms out & above her head (see HERE). Sometimes after her last early morning feeding (around 5-6, I'll let her arms out of the swaddler & put her back down to sleep. I did this the other morning. When I got out of the shower, Lily had somehow gotten one of her legs out of the swaddler. Not sure how, but she is a wiggle worm & a goofy girl.

A friend of ours sent us these vintage flash cards for Lily. As I posted HERE, I was waiting until the baby came to put art up. I absolutely LOVE these flash cards so I decided to use them as art.

Here is what I came up with:

I wanted to be able to change them out so i used clothes pins.

The patty-cake art is now over by the lockers.

For my birthday (back in January) Jake gave me a gift card to The Vintage Pearl. I decided to wait to order until the baby came. I LOVE their stuff. A lot of their designs are more for if you are all done having kids. I wanted to pick something that I could add to in the future. Here's what I picked/designed:

birth announcement

Jake designed Lily's birth announcement. We just got them back from the printer today.

I'm working on getting these mailed out BEFORE Lily's 2 month birthday.

I need to buy envelopes & start addressing.
