Lily turns NINE

Today we celebrated LILY turning NINE!

We had waffle iron french toast for breakfast. Lily's pick and a family favorite!

We opened gifts and then headed to the library. This girl LOVES books and reading. It wasn't always this way. She has grown a lot this year in third grade and her reading has improved immensely. We are so proud of her and all of her hard work.

Before dinner we went and played at "the secret park." Lily picked Panera Bread for dinner.  She loves their tomato soup and bread. Oh, and the butter.  ALL the bread and butter.

Homemade chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches for the birthday dessert.
